How it all began
Will was a successful amateur golfer both in Australia and in the USA. He played College Golf in the USA, where he was selected in a number of representative USA Collegiate teams, as well as playing in a number of prestigious events such as the US Amateur. In Australia, as an amateur he played in the NSW Open and NSW PGA, won a number of Vardon events, as well as representing Golf NSW. As a Trainee Professional he won a number of events and was the 2017 NSW/ACT Trainee Professional Champion.
He has been fortunate enough to spend time working with some of the best coaches in the world including Rick Sessinghaus who is coach to Colin Morikawa and Dana Dahlquist who has worked with Charles Howell III, Brad Faxon, Beau Hossler, Scott Piercy, Viktor Hovland to name a few.
He has developed an excellent Junior program at Manly Golf Club after gaining a Level 3 Junior certification from the Titleist Performance Institute in California in 2018. He is one of only a handful of Australian PGA members to hold this certification. Will continues to develop his skills and coaching through ongoing learning and education to ensure that he is up to date with the latest information available to pass on to his students.
