School holiday camps provide children of all ages with a fun and engaging introduction to golf. Participants not only develop new skills and improve their game but also make new friends and gain confidence on the course. The goal is for every child to leave the camp with improved abilities, a sense of achievement, and most importantly, a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Program Structure

1. Camp structure

Our camps are led by two experienced coaches, with participants grouped by age and ability level to ensure every child gets the most from their experience. This approach allows students to learn alongside others of a similar skill level while receiving instruction that is appropriate to their stage of development.

Each camp includes a variety of fun games and activities, introductory golfing knowledge, basic skill development, and exciting competitions. Our programs cater for children aged 6–14 years and run from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm each day.

No prior golfing experience is required, making our camps suitable for both beginners and those with some golfing experience.

2. What is included

All golfing equipment is provided as part of the camp. Children are welcome to bring their own clubs; however, we have a wide range of clubs available in different sizes to ensure every participant has access to suitable equipment.

Using correctly sized clubs is extremely important when learning golf. Clubs that are too long can encourage poor technique, make learning more difficult, and reduce enjoyment. For this reason, our coaches may recommend that children use our equipment during camp to ensure they have the best opportunity to develop their skills and enjoy their experience.

The camp fee includes professional coaching and instruction, all equipment hire, fun games and skill-based activities, snacks throughout the day, and opportunities to win prizes during camp competitions.

3. What to bring

To help your child have a comfortable and enjoyable experience, please ensure they bring a water bottle, snacks, and lunch for the day. We schedule both a morning recess break and a lunch break, allowing children time to recharge, refuel, and socialise with the friends they make throughout the camp.

As our camps are conducted outdoors, sun safety is a priority. Children should arrive wearing a hat and have sunscreen applied before the start of the day. Sunscreen will be available throughout the camp for reapplication; however, we encourage all participants to remember to Slip, Slop, Slap before arriving.

What Clients Say

I have been coached by William on many occasions over many years. He coaches for my specific individual mechanics and needs. He explains the technique clearly using the necessary tools and implements the relevant drills so you can understand the concept clearly. My game has improved out of sight attributed to Will's coaching.

Sam Nolan

Will has had a strong golfing experience that allows him to be the person he is today. With a strong commitment to helping others improve on their swings and handicap. I know he was always seeking to become a coach to pass on his wisdom to younger golfers to improve and enjoy the game. Well done Flitty, look forward to seeing you soon.

Will has been helping me online with my golf swing for the past year. Since starting with Will I have seen significant improvements in my golf game. Will has taught me to understand my swing through explaining to me the cause of my problems rather than just giving me a fix. This has helped me to be able to diagnose issues I am having whilst ...

Matt Cropper

I grew up playing golf with Will and saw him develop into a great player. I’ve had a number of lessons from Will now, and he might be an even better teacher! My ball striking has never been better! Will is very knowledgeable about the swing and overall game and importantly is very good at communicating how a player can improve.

Simon Mount

Will Flitcroft provides a fresh and innovative perspective to golf coaching that gets immediate results. Across all of my lessons with Will I ultimately walk on to the course with my game in a far better place. That is no coincidence considering he mixes his own knowledge and insight with the data and technology that most elite players rely on. The lesson doesn’t finish ...
